The scale of our impact
In 2025, My Father’s House reached a scale of impactthat extends far beyond our walls, touching lives across 39 communities throughout the Western Cape. From the deep south of Simon’s Town, Ocean View, and Red Hill, across the Cape Flats through Lavender Hill, Parkwood, Mitchells Plain, and Heideveld, and into surrounding regions such as Table View, Somerset West, and Langebaan, MFH has become a lifeline for thousands.
Our work is not confined to one area or one need. We fed families, restored dignity to the elderly, supported children’s education, walked alongside men and women in crisis, placed individuals in to rehabilitation, and strengthened communities fractured by poverty, addiction, violence, and unemployment. Across all programmes, food assistance , , community upliftment, substance abuse support, and family restoration, MFH’s influence continues to grow in depth and breadth. Every meal served, every counselling session offered, and every person restored ripples outward into households, schools, and neighbourhoods.
