Community Kitchen & Feeding Scheme
The MFH Community Kitchen is a cornerstone of our mission, ensuring no one in our communities goes hungry. We provide thousands of meals each month to families, the elderly, and individuals in crisis.

Substance abuse support
Addiction is a driver of poverty, violence, and family breakdown. Our Substance Abuse Support Programme provides counselling, rehab referrals, aftercare, and family support to help individuals rebuild their lives.
▲ Key Impact: 47 individuals supported, 5 rehabilitation graduates in 2025.

Community Upliftment
The Community Upliftment Department plays a critical role in fulfilling the MFH mission of restoring dignity, rebuilding lives, and uplifting vulnerable households across the Western Cape. Our department focuses on multi-dimensional support for vulnerable groups- particularly the elderly, unemployed adults and community members lacking psychosocial or economic support. Through practical interventions, partnerships, and community-centred activities, we work to strengthen households, reduce isolation and promote overall well-being.

Divorce Care
Divorce & Beyond supports individuals and couples navigating separation, marital breakdown, and emotional trauma through counselling, structured programmes, workshops, and mediation. The department aims to restore families, promote

Marriage Support
Our marriage support programme focuses on helping married couples build strong and healthy families that positively impact the community at large. The aim of the programme is to enhance the quality of marriages by equipping couples with important communication skills, conflict resolution skills, financial literacy, parenting training and coaching.
